I had an immaculately clean and huge room with a huge bathroom. The location was best possible and decent - just 5 minutes' walk from Market Street. The hotel was set in a nice enough area.

The noise levels in the building are a bit disruptive. Doors lack soft-close mechanisms, meaning you could get jolted awake early by travelers. Room 615's placement in a corridor with shared access adds to the noise, especially when neighbors come in late. The bathroom cleanliness wasn't up to par either, with a hair clump in the shower greeting you, an unfortunate oversight. Finding parking proved difficult, partly due to a lack of precise instructions from email support.

The living area of the apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped and there was even a washer/dryer in a utility room. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was lovely.
The only down side was that there is no air con and the apartment did get very warm. However the hotel does recognise this and provides fan's
